Dear Patients,
I am writing this with extreme joy and sadness. As of October 1st, 2009
I will no longer be practicing in Chicago. I have been given the opportunity to
relocate the practice to Colorado, where I will be closer to family and friends.
It has been my pleasure working with all of you for the past year and a half. My
heart and passion is with healing and I am honored that I was able to work with
each and every one of you. I am going to be transitioning the practice over to a
wonderful chiropractor that I highly recommend. Her name is Dr. Gianna Norini, and
she has taken over my office space as well. Her contact information is listed below
for your convenience. She has your complete health record and is in contact with
me regularly, so your transfer of care will be seamless.
Again I just wanted to thank you for being a part of my professional life here in
Chicago and also on a personal level as well. You all mean very much to me and I
wish all of you nothing but health and happiness for years to come.
