Dr. Reid Nelles, DC
I’m here to get you performing better; and to keep you better longer, whatever that may take. Growing up in the middle of Minnesota, there wasn’t much to keep a kid entertained. Therefore I was always scraping my knees and getting injured. At the age of 11 I was unfortunate enough to get 3 compression fractures in my thoracic spine. This usually results in surgery or bracing in growing child, but my parents had the foresight to bring me to a chiropractor instead. That event is what kickstarted my pursuit of becoming a chiropractor. I love working with people of all walks of life and I firmly believe that everyone in this world is better than you at something, therefore we have something to learn from everyone. As a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota, I immersed myself into the world of sports chiropractic. I immediately joined the SACA Sports Council and for two years held the Vice President role. Holding that position opened up many doors for me, including being honored with a scholarship to participate as part of the medical staff at the 2015 CSIT World Sport Games in Lignano, Italy with doctors from over 15 different countries as well as becoming an intern chiropractor for the Minnesota Swarm, a professional lacrosse team. I’m excited to be a new addition to this great team at Total Health Solutions and even more excited to treat great patients like you! Feel free to stop in the office, or its very likely you will see me around town, up in the mountains, on the golf course, or anywhere else outside!
